If a user does not claim a new free period before the end of the current access period, a paid subscription will begin automatically.

Important notice:
Apple controls billing and the exact timing of charges. WELLPOP LTD does not control when Apple processes payments and is not responsible for charges made by Apple if the user fails to claim a free period or cancel the subscription in time.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings after purchase.

The App does not provide medical advice. All content is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical consultation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App are owned by WELLPOP LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLPOP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including subscription charges processed by Apple.
